He'll only get £2m to spend if he sells Earnshaw

The parachute payments have ended and we're still massively in debt.

Much as I'd like us to spend big in the summer it just isn't going to happen.

West Brom might be a similar size club to Norwich but they don't have a debt to service and so can afford to invest in their squad.

We wasted our chance to build for the future after our year in the Premiers**t and now we're in the same position we were before promotion.

We would have been better taking the Premiership money and using it to pay off a large part of the debt. Instead we wasted it paying average players big wages.
