That's true - look at how Sanchez
has motivated and organised a team consisting of Championship players and cast offs into a unit that can beat England, Spain and Sweden.
Question is this: is Sanchez a good manager because he can make the best of low quality resources? And is McLaren a s**t one because he is getting little out of some talented players?
Or does Sanchez have the easier job because his players actually WANT to play for their country and retain the hunger of old-school footballers because they're not all on £100k a week? Does McLaren, in fact, have an impossible job?
