He has no left foot and loses his effectiveness as he always wants to cut inside.

Don't think I'd start with Crouch when Owen was available, perhaps even Bent, but he's fantastic to bring on and stir up an organised defence and just take their focus away. The game was crying out for him on Saturday.

Woodgate - yeah I'd give him a go and probably even with Ledley King when he's fit.
