Writing documentation many years ago

We found the word "set" appeared far too often. So, for a particular type of set we wanted to give it a new name. Unable to come up with any bright ideas ourselves we gave MS Word's thesaurus a go. After many iterations, arguments, sweat and tears, we eventually arrived at "badger", which had a nice synergy with the original word (sett - geddit?).

So, we went through the document and changed all relevant occurences and even added an entry in the glossary and passed it up the chain for review and submission to the client. We never heard another word, which, I fear, just goes to show that *noone* reads documentation.
