I have a slight problem with the idea that a monopoly is bad
for consumers though.
At present you pay £40 or whatever and you get all the Prem games, cricket, tennis, basketball, horse-racing etc.
If the market becomes fragmented won't you have to pay lots of different subscriptions to lots of different providers for different sports/events/leagues, which will probably tot up to more than the £40 you pay Sky?
