I think this has all been a bit blown out of proportion

as any death that has no obvious signs as to cause of death (eg a shotgun in the mouth and a large hole in the back of the head...have a nice lunch) will be called suspicious until the forensic data has been analysed, he was after all diabetic, under a lot of stress and get on a bit
