help need for a complete technophobe
here we go again - i've just got me self an ipod shuffle i've dowloaded loads of tracks on it but it won't play - the lights blink and if i've read the site right it needs resetting - now heres my problem do ineed to download itunes to reset it cos for some reason i can't
