Headlights on at night is a matter more of personal preference than compulsion, don'tcha know?

I'm not sure what the deal is with lanes and overtaking, but it seems to be "if you can fit your car through the gap, fit your car through the gap. For extra points do it as fast as you can, talking on a mobile, changing tapes in the stereo, turning round to talk to people in the back or all three if you can manage it".
