Techie Question - Display of Wallpaper

Guys

Just had a major virus alert and major spyware come through on the internet. Went to a supposed Norwich Site - all it was was porn. Dont know site or anything but has seriously f**ked computer.

Did have pick of my girlfriend as my wallpaper but now I cant change it. HELP!!!
