I got a short message back from them that pretty much ended the discussion I have been attempting to have with them as they made no attempt to address the points I had raised: "Thank you for your feedback.

Were it not for people regularly pasting the the link to the raw feed on the message boards it would not have been required of us to do this.

However would you like to take advantage of the refund offer."

Note that it also includes an implication that I may have been involved in posting links. I've now asked for a refund to my subscription and I'll be raising my concerns with other bodies.
