I want a simple rule brought in

one video decision per manager per match

You can still have all the controversy as there's more than one, but each manager get's one chance per match to say "I think you need to look at that again"

It wouldn't break the game up that much, but could really make the game fairer

Especially off the ball incidents ignored, blatent dives for penalties, a player could signal to his manager that he never touched the attacking player, it would stop the zokora mendes incidents from happening to a point

Can't see how it wouldn't work in the game, it's not that much of a stoppage
