I can't see any other way.

We can't afford to pay wages of Premiership rejects anymore, and so that leaves us three possibilities; produce talent ourselves, cultivate the lower leagues or sign jonny foreigners.

Signing foreigners is just as dangerous and we simply don't have the youth coming through to do what we need.

And for the record, I liked Heckingbottom. Thought he was a good back up left back.
