Yeah that's a fair call.
It's worth remembering that upgrading laptops is like sexing badgers. Possible, but not easy and not necessarily an experience you'd like to do too often.
With 1.3Ghz DiF is right, it will run VERY slowly (I gave up with FM06 on the laptop I had which was a 1Ghz.) unless you have only one or two divisions.
It'd good for sitting on Wrath whilst watching TV though...
