What we need, if we stay up, is a very good coaching staff

More so than management staff, in my opinion. Despite the small size of our squad, we do have some promising players who still have age on their side. I think sometimes we forget how young some of our players are (Croft especially!)

Croft: 21
Fozzy: 23
Brown: 22
Lappin: 24
Martin: 18
Eagle: 19
Lewis: 19
Shackell: 23
Ryan Jarvis: What ? 23 or so (has disappeared from squad list)

Etuhu is 25,

Earnie, Colin and Chadwick are still only 26. Then we of course have Rossi J, Halliday, Spillane, Cave-Brown etc if they ever really come through.

Hendo is a lost cause I think.

I think Dion would be a massive addition to the coaching staff.
