fans stuck on trains

I have some sympathy with fans missing the start of the game stuck on trains. The same thing happened to me and hundreds of others at Play off Final. Loads of signal problems between Bristol and Cardiff. Despite allowing 6 hours journey time from Southampton arrived in the ground after 30 minutes. I have never been so frustrated. If we ever get to a final of any sort again i will travel night before by whatever means.
