I think part of the problem is.........

Grant shouting instructions from the touch line

If you go to work on Monday and after a hour the boss changes how you do your job then keeps changing how you do your job several times a day you are not going to perform well

Grant needs to decide how he wants his team to play and stick to it

the players will be happier knowing what is expected from them and knowing that it wont be changed after 5 mins
