I'd text her back and not ignore, saying something like "last night was good fun, I had a great time too. I'm not sure if I'm looking for a relationship at present, but lets still keep in touch for sure"

that way you dont seem like a c**t, you tell her you had a nice time, and then you can ignore if she keeps texting.
