Think I've had two bank fines in my life, both £25

and both times when I rang up about it, they took it off through good will

I doubt I'd get much, but out of principal, they've been good when I've messed up

Seems to a shame to have a witchhunt at banks for this, they'll only get it back from you somewhere else
