I gave up and cancelled my subscription in the end. Premium TV are terrible.

Premium TV get the large share of the funds from Canaries world and the service was abyssmal. I decided that Delai wouldn't miss my small contribution via Canaries world so I cancelled. I had the same experiences as David. Poor performance and no response from Premium TV. Basically they couldn't give a toss
