Grant - for F**k's sake, stop shouting all the time!
Is it just me, or is anyone else getting hacked off with Grant shouting instructions at the players every single minute of the game? When he arrived, he was adamant that the team would be able to play without fear. So why does he spend the match telling the players exactly where to stand, where to pass the ball, where to send the throw-in, etc. He's got a lot to learn; at the moment, he's still a Coach and not a Manager. The problem is that the players will stop listening to the background noise after a while.
