If we get Jim Duffy on the coaching staff he will I am sure prove to be a tremendous asset. A Scottish Ron Saunders if you like...........absolutely no nonsense and a dour foil perhaps to Peter Grant.
As an Englishman living 'abroad' I have no problem whatsoever with City signing relative Scottish unknowns. Those of you old enough to do so should cast your minds back to the days of Duncan Forbes, Hughie Curran and Jimmy Bone. What an impact they all made! Then of course there was the last player we bought from St Mirren (I think)......a certain Tommy Bryceland. Memories are made of this!!
