This is where you should go in Amsterdam:

Van Gogh Museum
Rijksmuseum (national museum)
Canal trip
Boom Chicago on the Leidseplein for an evening's comedy
Anne Frank Huis (Anne Frank's house) on the Prinsengracht, very close to Leidseplein - but be prepared to queue (although the queues do move quickly)
Red light district (outside and given what you look like, make sure your wallet / phone / camera are secure and hidden!)
The Lounge bars as opposed to nightclubs - if you can get in, which I doubt.
Mazzo nightclub. Again, pretty selective though (can't remember whether it's Kaizersgracht or Prinsengracht)

What's a bit crap:

Maritime museum
Artis Zoo
Sex Museum
Torture Museum
Cannabis Museum
And generally anywhere inside in the red light district or on the Damrak
