... Which is why I discussed yesterday's new signings and the Duffy link as well as the overall situation. I was also hardly guilty of writing the same old s**t when taking a trip town memory lane to discuss our recent Cup record last week...

I do entirely take your point though: it IS difficult to find new things to talk about. I'm only a citizen journalist, so have no contacts providing juicy info or 'exclusive' interviews I can do either. Moreover, having been guilty of writing about the club too sparingly pre-Xmas (hence a necessity for ridiculously long pieces updating things), I've now constrained myself by agreeing to write weekly for the Nest, which is a tricky undertaking: especially as I don't get to that many games, so am often at a distance from things anyway.

We'll see how things go: believe me, I'd like to come up with new things to talk about (any ideas, anyone?), but it's easier said than done...
