if fozzy signed last night i have two questions

1. if the paper is already saying this and are putting a quote by the player himself. why havent we anounced this yet are we waiting for another player so we can anounce them both.

2 is he able to play tonight if he was signed yesterday. what better way of anouncing a new player than buy putting his name on the team sheet and every one is thinking what the f**k ?
