Do we make too many 'enquiries' as opposed to actual bids? Or are our bids just not enough.

We never seem to pick up any free transfers or trialists, never get anyone from lower leagues. All of which our rivals seem to be doing on a very regular basis.

You can argue Chadwick for ?200k is great business but the truth seems to be that his agent sought us for our location (ironic in itself), rather than any hard pressing from Grant or the board.

Its just not good enough!
