thanks for your email. I have never made any promises about
the window. we will simply continue to try our best to bring in the
players that Peter has identified. if we cannot (through no lack of
trying) for any reason, i understand that supporters (and ourselves) will be
very disappointed

but when we are dependent on others to make things happen, frankly
matters are to a certain extent out of our control
