It's a very sad state of affairs that clubs all around us

seem to be snapping up players and some clubs without the benefit of parachute payments. ?7 mil for season 05/06 another ?7 mil for season 06/07 and ?7 mil for Ashton and ?2 mil for Green. So what's happening???
