Granted, he looked rather s**t yesterday, but not noticeably more so than anyone else in a red shirt. He was getting in the way, breaking things up and trying to protect the back 4 - typical Gary Holt. Two of the goals were from 6 yards or less, which is nothing to do with him, another was a free kick someone else gave away, and I can't remember the other. No, he doesn't cover the ground anything like he used to, but were I a Forest fan I would be more concerned about the likes of Junior "I Can Trap The Ball Further Than I Can Kick It" Agogo. Now he really *was* s**t on the deck!
On a related note, in their last televised cup game (Salisbury?), Holt stood out as the only player on the pitch, barring Nathan Tyson, of any quality whatsoever. The rest were total, total garbage.
