Norwich is not Burnley or Oldham

and those who care enough to actually vote tend to err towards conservatism with a small c. Pretty much the same across all of East Anglia. One thing I noticed when working in Norwich was that no-one was prepared to take the many jobs on offer at the particular company, starting rate ?19k. They had to import 200+ people from Poland, The Phillipines and Africa just to fill the vacancies.
