I'd better get another stick of ram for my machine - I've got a gig but that sounds like it'll only just manage the OS.

Thing is, right, I need to retrain the wife to use Linux. I'd love to put a linux distro on it, but then the wife would be lost.

In the spirit of picking and choosing the battles I'm likely to win, realistically that one is not going to get fought.
