Trouble is you just repeat the same single issue

and make no attempt to acknowledge or debate the points raised by your critics.

The current "dross" we have is the legacy of the previous management (and as Kelly M argues general mismanagement at several levels) and in practical terms that and other problems (tactics, attitude, confidence, coaching, scouting, etc.) simply *cannot* be rectified in a few short months.
