Richard Balls thinks we have "nothing to lose" by immediately replacing Gallacher with Joe Lewis.

Apparently JL is "tall", but Balls makes no mention of his shot-stopping or his organisational ability when playing behind a shaky back-four.

FACT The last time Norwich installed a rookie 'keeper mid-season we got relegated.
