But...
Matteo was on a free, Griffin is on loan until the end of the season (with the view to a permanent move) - so not costly. I know there are other costs, signing on fees, wages, those lovely agents probably get involved, but still, we should be getting those types of player in. Chris Brown wasn't cheap, but we got him, I'm not commenting on his quality either way yet, too early!
