Nicotine patches
Worth a try, even if only for the weird dreams. I was warned about these, and it's true: I'm having these really interesting dreams which are more like movies really. Last night for instance I watched my daughter finish third riding the second-favourite in the Pretty Polly Stakes. I lost a fair bit of cash but felt really proud she's ridden so well and did a press interview in which I talked of her long-standing love for horse riding.
My daughter is afraid of horses and has always been. Excellent dream, mind, really interesting.
As for other aspects of the patches, you can all just f**k off and die in pots of your own disembowelments.
