"Fuck off back home" (I apologise to the classless slapper if that's not a direct quote, I don't watch the program, but that's what I heard on the radio this morning) does tend to hint towards some if not racist basis to the whole thing, then at least a xenophobic basis.
Ultimately you're right, though, as Derek Laud said on R5 this morning: "it isn't racism, it's a battle between beauty and three beasts"
