My take

We were/are s**t, certainly in comparison to what our best-eleven (who, to be fair, rarely if ever start) "should" be able to achieve "on paper". Grant recognises this and is quite right in my view both about the blame culture and the lack of options open to him.

We have to give Grant the rest of this season *at least* before we start to judge him. He's inherited some talented players and some untalented players but to coin a Worth no-one's head is right just now.
