Techie help (sort of) required:

My elocution was was off from 14.30 yesterday until 12.00 today. My fridge and freezer obviously didn't stay cool. when the power went on the freezer was coldish still and the fridge was nearing room temp. is it safe to keep all the food or should I bin it/eat it/ give it to the dogs?
