That reminds me of a Yank I worked with who, after Xmas, returned to work and proceeded to

tell me this story about coons who over Xmas had kept turning over the bins at his parents and s**tting in the garden. I felt awkward and politely smiled and tried to get away but was shocked when he told me how he'd shot at them with an air rifle and hit one up the arse, and that they lit fires in the garden to frighten them away. He also pointed out the there are more and more of them these days.

Took me a while to work out it was 'coons and he wasn't a member of the KKK. I came so close to having a go at him!
