I think you are right, two signings at the most. My immediate concern is that with the current squad we could get sucked into a relegation battle this season. Therefore, a couple of decent signings now would be very welcome.
It would be a nice to have a manager who starts making signings in May instead of August like Worthy was so fond of. After the last home match of last season against Wolves, Worthington said nothing happens for about the first six weeks of the summer because everyone goes off on holiday. A week later Southampton signed Rasiak.
