Reminds me of last time I went to WBA

I spent *fifteen minutes* trying to persuade the numpty at the ticket office that The Hawthorns really was a railway station and not just the name of a football grouns, I had been there before, and would really like a ticket to go there today please, thank you very much. Gave up and got Brum return, getting a tram ticket for the rest of my journey. Went back to ticket office next day with a photograph of the station. Was asked if I'd photoshopped it.

I am not making this up!
