In all seriousness, Shoddy suggested Colchester and I think that's your best bet, if you want to be halfway between Norwich and London for travelling time - hour each side.
All trains between London and Norwich stop at Colchester, whereas you'll have to chop and change for anywhere else on occasions, on anywhere else in between.
Having said that, it won't be cheap for a train season ticket
