.. so why not sell Earnie?

We could get Alan Brazil of Arbroath for about ?50k and with the rest of the money we could build another restaurant.. maybe underneath the Barclay.

And then, like the Top of the Terrace restaurant we could give it a natty name.. perhaps 'Under Soil Eating'?
