Anyone see the bit in today's Guardian about football players and their cars?

It seems, for instance, that Anton Ferdinand has a "Baby Bentley" (wondered what Curbishley meant when he said they all want to drive the "baby Bentley") and Robbie Savage has a Lamborghini which does 0-60 in 3.6.seconds. Can't see how that keeps its wheels on in f**king Blackburn, but maybe that's another story. The point of the story seemed to be that all these footballers are overpaid w**kers who just don't know what to spend their money on and Rolls Royce are bringing out some supercar which they'll all want because it's the very next fashion accessory.

I understand from this site that Dickson Etuhu drives a Bentley, which no doubt rolled back over his foot about 3 months ago explaining why the lazy t**t can't run any more. I also know that Doherty drives about in a BMW 8 Series car. If I manage to get to the AGM, I'm going to ask what absolute toss pot has sanctioned the payment to Doherty of a salary which enables him to buy such a machine. In my opinion he should be running about in a 10 year old Foed Fiesta, because he's not worth any more.

Anyone got any idea about what cars some of the other over paid arseholes are getting, and can we have some idea of the vehicles being employed by Tamworth players, who will no doubt be too big and nasty for Etuhu to consider playing against them.

Is this the "politics of envy"?, or am I right to draw attention to these excesses?
