West Brom have agreed a deal to sign James Spencer from Stockport County and will now offer Russell Hoult and ?4million to Norwich for Dean Ashton. Norwich have indicated that they may be prepared to do business. A deal has been agreed to sell Green to Arsenal for ?3 million.
