I think Grant at least knows what he needs to do with the squad
so that's a big plus. Worthy clearly didn't, hence the utter imbalance in the team and the amount of dross.
Until Grant gets some new players in things will obviously be much the same as before, but I feel sure that come the end of this month, we'll be looking a lot more solid than now.
Those who might worry about his talent for making transfer can take optimism from Chadwick surely?
