?It is just a matter of getting down to brass tacks and saying, 'right, are you going to do it or not?' The managers have always been putting us off saying we will wait until the window opens, wait to the second week. Now I have to say, 'are they going to be available or not?' I have to be hard because I can't wait until the last moment when it suits them.?

But I don't like this:

Hope he doesn't mean it when he says EVERYBODY. A bit of a cull of the dead wood would be nice if possible, although very difficult to offload them I suppose. Hope to god he means it about Safri though.
