Match Day Parking .... help please

Looking for any tips on car parking. Bringing my ten year old tomorrow to watch his first Norwich home game. Aiming to arrive around mid-day from Kent. If anyone can advise or recommend a suitable match day car park at that time and one that doesnt take too long to leave from after the game we would be really grateful ?
