Club at the Crossroads
and I don't mean the motel. Looking at the posts on this board of late it is easy to see the depressing mood that seems to be hanging over Norwich fans.
The same fans that turn out in large numbers week in, week out to make this one of the best supported clubs in this league. The kind of support that a good number of Prem clubs would kill for.
At the same time you have to look how these same fans have been treated pretty much ever since we got promoted. Since then it has been mostly downhill all the way - a process aided by inept and naive management both on and off the pitch.
Despite all the financial benefits that promotion brings, we now we find ourselves in the lower half of the league with a small squad of mainly poor to average players.
The fans have stood by the club in the hope of a return to the good times but I think we are fast approaching the time when many will decide to find a better home for their money besides a season ticket.
