Go to any of the large cities and ask someone at random about Norwich and Norfolk. The responses you will get are "Full of backwards inbreds" "Carrot crunchers" "The Land that Time Forgot" and other such delightful appellations.

Once people actually get here, most of them realise it's actually quite nice. OK, if you want to be out clubbing with the current bunch of tabloid Z-list w**kers every night it probably won't be your thing, but for those with half a brain and a young family you could certainly do worse.
