He was still looking back AFTER it was played

Cause I had time to look at him and see his head coming round. Think he was looking at where the ball should have been taken from which was at least five yards from where they took it. Not the only time those muppets let them take incorrect freekicks, one in the second half wasn't just moving it wasn't even on the ground.
Difficult job as a linesman but no excuse for missing something so blatant
